From what I've seen of the finale I think they're "together", but what that means is a very complicated explanation IMO, haha.
Romantically, I think they're the loves of each other's lives and Eric finally, FINALLY, realized it this season: Pam is the girl who is
always there, who never turns away, who always chooses him, etc. BUT...living so long and having the urges they do, I don't think they'll ever be (or
want to be) monogamous to each other. So in that sense, I don't think they're traditionally "together" a la a fairytale ending. But I think they've found their fortune, fame and happiness as a power-couple in the end.
