I instantly loved Rogue when I saw the movie (I never read the comics). I don't know much about how her character differed from the cartoon(s) and comics to what we saw in the movies, but they were my OTP for the movies.

I have always wanted them to find a HEA. I don't know how it would be possible given her mutation, but I really wanted to see it.

I hated the way Bobby's s/l with Kitty worked in X3. I get that Rogue constantly struggled with her mutation and I get she wanted to be able to touch someone, but to me, it felt like she got the cure to be with him. I guess it could be considered romantic, but it could also be considered weak by people too.
