Watching Silly Love Songs, another very strong episode of the series. Had multiple storylines going on that were all good, basically everyone got a very good amount of screen time and it wasn't centered on anyone, very ensemble. This is also the last season where RIB made sure that no one just sat around doing nothing the entire episode, unlike all the writers who came in for S3 and didnt know how to handle a cast this size.

Lauren Zizes is seriously one of the best additions to ND. Even though she never got to really sing, her attitude was great and she was very strong willed. Getting rid of her after the season is over was such a huge mistake.

Going back into the show knowing what comes along, it is very clear that the Santanas sexual preference wasn't thought out that much. While I am cool with her being lesbian, she should've been bisexual, it is much truer to the character. Even past S2 she gets turned on by guys every blue moon. Her slam on Finn at the beginning of the episode was funny. I wish we had gotten a little more Santana/Puck scenes to flesh that fwb relationship out a little bit more. The Zizes/Snixx fight was also great. Santana is never afraid to get physical with someone. Her revenge scheme was brilliant.

Since this is the first episode of the UT being out of uniform, they really should've dealt with their fall from popularity.

Blaine being in his prime is so refreshing to see again. He isnt some sad weeping sap and he had some major charisma.

Quinn/Finn rekindling their romance wasnt so bad, especially since we knew that they were dating for a while before we got introduced to them so it only makes sense they may still have some feelings for one another. Of course the writers just turn it into Quinn only caring about Finn for a better chance to win prom queen.
