The pilot is great, there's a few things they later change (including the character of Fornell) but I think it highlights lots of great things about the show & shows us what we are in for
The pictures & body bag are some of my favourite scenes in the ep

I agree about Gibbs offering Kate the job, that was a great scene.
Today I finally watched the second episode too. I really liked the scenes of Gibbs and the victim's son, especially the last one where he helps building the tree house.
It was great seeing Kate and Abby working together too
I love it that Tony fell out of the plane!
