Spangel were the only good part of ATS Season 5 to me.
Well other than Cordy's last episode.
I loved their dynamic.

I didn't like that mostly on ATS that they reduced Spike mostly to comic relief.
Even though I did find him funny.
I felt I was watching BTVS Season 4 Spike.
That was what he was during that season.
Maybe you could say is what being around Angel brings out of Spike.
I have a hard time seeing the Spike of BTVS Season 7 much on ATS.
