I find them both interesting in S7... because Tony darker change is very realistic, and Jack staying the same after all the betrayal is realistic as well.
Jack shows the side of a person who's loyal to get the job done, and will do whatever he has to do to get answers. Even after his wife died, and the betrayal's, he keeps returning back to these same people.
I love Tony because after Michelle died, it made him not want to work with or trust the cricket government. lol... and his want for revenge topped all else.
