Reddick previously played Matthew Abaddon in four episodes of Lost, the show that first brought Intelligence lead Holloway to prominence.
The new CBS drama stars Holloway as Gabriel Black, a special agent with a microchip in his brain that endows him with special abilities.
Marg Helgenberger (CSI) and Meghan Ory (Once Upon a Time) also star in the series, which will premiere on CBS in February 2014.
51-year-old Reddick's recent credits include roles on FX series Wilfred and in the movie White House Down.
