I'd seen that gifset with the premiere and the finale - it was such an amazing parallel. So well done!

I wouldn't mind if they ended it here cos it really was a brilliant way to do it, but I'd always want to see more of Luther, Alice/Luther and especially Luther. I do agree that we should have had more Alice - she was so perfect in that last episode that it reminded me of have awesome she really is. She had like 10 amazing lines in just one episode. I loved her interaction with Mary as well!
