More than anything I'd like to see them write her a story that's less plot-over-character next season, but I think we all know by now why the writing was so flawed in season 2. They just made the wrong (in my opinion anyway) decision by trying to change most of their plans for the season when they got the rights for the Peter Pan verse and especially around the second half of the season it became too obvious that they were basically making some things up as they went along. I suppose writing like that isn't exactly a pleasant experience either, as opposed to working according to what you've planned and worked out over a whole summer, so yeah... I do believe they learned from that experience.
