I honestly don't think we need to be told how much time Neal and Emma were together because we can work it out for ourselves logically based on what we already know.

The only thing I can think of that would be relevant to Emma's past that we haven't yet been shown or told about would be the two years she spent looking for Neal in Tallahassee. Emma lied to Henry about Neal, but there's something about the details she offered as part of that lie that lead me to believe they might've actually been at least partially true, and it'd be neat to see if they were.
