It annoys me sometimes yes particularly in this episode but I tried to see it as him just beng under a lot of stress. Still I dont want Felicity to be his punching bag. At one moment she was sitting and she just said "okay..." with a quiet voice when he started yelling. She always stands up to him so I hope she will be comforable to call him out on his attitude soon.
