Hook: For revenge against Rumpel? But why Henry? Because he learnt about Grandpa Rump? And then he think that Rumpel and Henry are close? But if it is indeed Hook on the ship with them, so what? He sent Henry away, and then is forced by the Clan to come to the rescue with them?
Regina: She have lost everything: Curse is broken, Henry don't want to be with her, he mom is dead. What if she decide to kidnap Henry, with Hook help why not, and bring him with her in Neverland, to escape the Charmings?

Or Henry runs away from all of them and ends up in Neverland by himself, and his family goes after him ( they put their differences aside ) and bring him back to Storybrooke.
