Since DAY 1, we know Robin isnt the mother, since SEASON 1 we know Robin ISNT the "PERFECT" women for Ted (but that the thing, and one of the reason i think Ted and Robin are totally perfect for eachother, it's like Life, you're looking for the "perfect" someone but you end up falling for someone entirely different, here it's Robin
, she's real, she has flaws, but he loves it, he loves her ) , Ted didnt want to meet his supposedly perfect match, he didnt wanted "perfect" he wanted Robin, and it was always Ted and Robin all along the show not matter what you think, even though he dated others women and even almost got married to one of them...it doesnt change anything, it doesnt cancel what they are.
YOU cant NEVER tear our love, hope and faith in them appart, you can think whatever you want, but please can you show a little RESPECT, and not laugh to our faces THANK YOU.
Barney/Robin wouldnt exist if it wasnt for Ted and Robin, just like there wouldnt have a "YM". So i really dont understand why you're laughing when someone say Ted and Robin are the BASE, because that's the TRUTH.
