There is this domesticity meme going around tumblr where people give you a couple and you have to answer questions about them. A friend asked me about Sheldon and Amy.
Here are my answers:

favorite non-sexual activity: Basically everything they can enjoy together which means A LOT because they’re soulmates but what they truly, truly enjoy best is just talking over a cup of tea.
who uses all the hot water: Amy, because Sheldon’s schedule allows him only ten minutes in the shower so Amy always goes second and enjoys very long showers.
most trivial thing they fight over: Sheldon is still mad at Amy for not liking science fiction. He appreciates that she makes the effort to watch Star Trek with him but he wishes she would really love it.
who does most of the cleaning: They have a schedule and both do it but Sheldon always insist to do it a second time because of germs.
what has a season pass on their dvr/who controls the netflix queue: Sheldon obviously.
who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Amy because Sheldon really couldn’t be bothered.
who steals the blankets: At first it was pretty hard for them to sleep together because Sheldon does this creepy vampire thing and Amy has night terrors and she would thrash around the bed and throw the covers to the floor. But they soon realised that she could sleep calmly if Sheldon helds her hand so now they’re both perfectly still and no one steals the covers.
who leaves their stuff around: No one, they both like order in their appartment way too much. Although Amy has been known to sometimes let her harp in the middle of the room much to Sheldon’s dismay, but it’s not her fault she thinks it’s so beautiful.
who remembers to buy the milk: Amy buys it and she never forgets or she knows she’d never hear the end of it.
who remembers anniversaries: Amy is excited weeks in advance. She never says anything just to see if Sheldon will remember, and he does, both because of his eidetic memory and because he loves seeing Amy happy.
who cooks normally? Amy does. Sheldon especially loves the fact that he gets spaghetti with little pieces of hot dog ever Thursday night.
how often do they fight?: Not very often, basically never actually, and when they do, it never lasts because they miss each other greatly.
what do they do when they’re away from each other?: They Skype and text and twitter and facebook, obviously. They’re never really far.
nicknames for each other?: Amy LOVES it when Sheldon calls her “Princess”, and sometimes she’ll return the favour and call him “Sheldor” - but that one is only behind close doors, if you see what I mean.
who is more likely to pay for dinner?: Sheldon. He insists it’s a social convention.
what would they get each other for gifts?: Sheldon never gets her jewelry because he knows he’ll never top the tiara so he goes for monkey-themed things. Amy gets him science fiction collectibles.
who kissed who first?: Amy, we all saw that.
who made the first move?: Sheldon, on every level.
who remembers things?: They both do, really.
who started the relationship?: Sheldon.
who cusses more?: Amy, because Sheldon’s Christian upbringing is still too present.
what would they do if the other one was hurt?: Amy would react much more logically - call 911, ask for help from a neighbour, wait for medical exams before drawing any conclusion. Sheldon would completely freak out and would end up needing medical assistance too.
