Same here Nelly! I thought Seb and Jen had dazzling chemistry in Hat Trick, apart from the fact that he was practically abducting and using her for his own sake, but yeah I was pretty sure it wouldn't work out as well and I couldn't see him as her true love or anything, because I also happen to be a fan of the Henry & Paige prospect.
But since "Tallahassee" everything is fine and very clear for me on the who-to-ship-Emma-with front.
