Chapter Seven
Cindy looked closely at her husband. He was sitting on the sofa with his eyes closed. His body was here, but his mind was elsewhere. He had taken a break from filming his latest movie. Cindy wondered why he had come home. Normally he would had stayed at the filming location. She walked to Kevin and sat down next to him. She kissed on his forehead. Mmm? Kevin mumbled. Kevin, love, what's wrong? Cindy asked him. Kevin sat right up and he opened his eyes. He looked at Cindy for a moment. What was she beautiful!
I'm just tired, these days have been extremely heavy.
How is it working with a diva?
Tiresome.
So Whitney Houston is giving you headaches?
And sleepless nights.
I don't understand. Why would she be given you sleepless nights?
I worry too much about her.

Don't know. Maybe it's because divas are too demanding.

Kevin was stunned by Cindy's words. Had she noticed something? He took her hand in his and he bowed his head to kiss her on her lips.He was shocked. He didn't feel anything! The days away from Whitney hadn't helped this passion he was feeling inside himself. He had thought Cindy would have mitigate the flame somehow.
