I don't like to divide the characters into villains and heroes, I rather like to think of them as individuals with different motivations. That means everyone, even the heroes, do whatever they've got to do to get what they want/need. (like for example ask Rumple/Regina for help)

well smtms I like the villains
when every one of them is redeemed lots of such characters become boring to me
Rumpel I never counsidered outright villain but I def love Regina as a villain much more
