A Better Holiday Concert, a benefit for the It Gets Better Project, which was "created to show young LGBT people the levels of happiness, potential, and positivity their lives will reach," will be presented Dec. 16 from 7-10 PM at XL Nightclub.

A side note: Randy's good friend actor-activist Jake Goodman - a founder of Queer Rising (with whom I had the pleasure of spending some time when he was here in Albany demonstrating for the passage of the gay marriage bill) is very involved with the Ali Forney Center and the cause of runaway and homeless LGBT youth
