They might have to come work together if Randall takes over. He's just sitting on this thrown watching and waiting to see what happens. Once he notices changes taking place, I'm sure it'll start to act then Miles and Monroe are going to have to start putting differences aside.
Every character is redeemable, you just have to handle them carefully.
