| I expected the first episode of GW to have fairly good ratings for a friday night because it was heavily advertised, people were curious and it did have some noteworthy guest stars like Balthazar Getty and Wentworth Miller (who is already known from a popular show "Prison Break"). There have also been some very favorable comments about GW on other sites and those posters really seemed to love the show and can't wait to see more of it. I thought it was a bit fluffy and predictable, but I do watch and read a lot of that kind of supernatural and mystery stuff so maybe I was expecting too much. Nothing in that episode surprised me but than again I only saw the first half hour. Maybe the second episode will be better and I'd be anxious to see if the ratings hold up over the next couple weeks. |
