How to Upload Music 101- A Tutorial by Stef:
Just head over to You Send It. At no. 2, select "browse" and search for the file you want to upload then cilck 'OK'. You don't have to fill in anything else, so just click "Send It".

You will be brought to a page where you'll have to wait a while until the file is uploaded completely, then you will be given a link. Just copy the link and paste it here.

Also, if you're posting one whole album, you can Zip it first by right-clicking on a folder (containing a whole album), go to "Send to", then "Compressed (Zipped) Folder". After you computer has zipped it for you, just select that zipped folder to upload when you use You Send It.
