Jen said she's only in 4 scenes, so I think that's unlikely
it's the Regina ep after all.
Snow and Emma will absolutely be in every episode, I have no doubt about that.
EDIT: those are definitely foiled. 2.04 is called The Crocodile, and 2.03 is the Snowing/Lancelot ep, so it makes no sense that it'd have a Hook title
