Yes, that's what threw Chistian off. Because in his vision the girl always had blonde hair and he didn't even consider her being Clara until he saw her face at prom.
Usually I don't really care much for hair or eye color change (in movies or on the covers) but it's kind of an important detail here, so it's just weird.
I'm sure it will be around the same length as the first two books but I wouldn't mind it if it was even longer.
