I don't know who the girl is, but according to the source she's played by John's daughter, Samantha Noble. And I think they're right. Look:
The picture on the cover of the book Walter is holding, I think it's St. Claire. Maybe the girl works there and is helping Walter find something.
Endurance, yes, that episode was in 2036 and season five will take place there.
