I had my OB/GYN appointment today and it's mostly good news. My doctor doesn't think I'll have too many problems and I'll be closely monitored all during my pregnancy. But I most likely have to go off the one medication that's put my Crohn's in remission for the past few years. There are some safer, although not as effective, alternatives though. So I probably have to go off the medication, then wait a few months to try to get pregnant. At this rate, I'll be lucky if I have a baby before I'm 40!
