I can really see House going hypocritical on Wilson and not letting him have the right to die, because that's a perfect way to bring Thirteen in, since House said he'd help
her die.
That said, hope we don't see Wilson suffering. And who was Wilson's gf who died in that bus? Libby from Lost! I can see Ghost Libby showing up for Wilson
But I'd like to see House (and Thirteen!) "go on" (although how he can live without Wilson is beyond me
