"I hate these Indie films. Nothing ever happens." Oh, Dean.
Annie is supposed to be a seasoned hunter, right? Why is she going into a haunted building with no weapons? With nothing to protect her? No salt or iron? Nothing? That doesn't even seem like a mistake a rookie would make.
Also, I don't like the way the show introduces her as someone the boys already know. What's the point of establishing an off-screen friendship with them when we'll never see her again? How long have they known her? When did they first meet her? We know Sam had sex with her when he was soulless, but did her know her before that? I mean, Dean would have had to have slept with her before he went to live with Lisa. I'm assuming they met her around the same time. So it would have to have been sometime before the end of season five that they met her. It seems implied they were introduced to her through Bobby...I don't know why I'm bothering to figure this out.
How insensitive do you have to be to film the place where your friends went missing? If your friends went missing somewhere, wouldn't you be more concerned/upset about it? You know, instead of acting like it's one big joke and sending the video of you acting like idiots in the place they disappeared to your other friends? And why would you go there when you know people went in and didn't come out? It seems stupid. Like, unrealistically stupid.
Wow. Jensen looks ten years younger in that bathroom scene after he just gets out of the shower. This is not to say that Jensen usually looks old, but he's been playing a depressed Dean for a long time, and I think they intentionally make him look worn and haggard. The fact that he doesn't smile much anymore doesn't help. But he looks so youthful there.
How is this Van Ness dude able to seemingly "absorb" other ghosts by merely touching them? They don't explain that. I don't think we've seen any other ghosts do that before, have we?
And what's up with them not showing Annie's funeral? We don't get to see her say goodbye to Bobby? I don't know. That just seems weird. That scene of her looking at her own corpse was pretty creepy, though.
