If she was one of Dean's ex's there's a good chance they wouldn't get back together, but since she's a reaper there might be more of a chance for them to get together. Especially since she's not a totally bad reaper and Dean does care for her.
Then again for them to get together they would have to find a way for him to see her without having to die..
