Will gone: kinda sucks, really. I hope they find a way to show him doing something interesting off-work.
Alicia's clothes: yeah, pretty grim. She could use some colors.
A/K: action begins!!! Can't wait to see how that's gonna play out. I have the feeling they saved Kalinda's past digging mission for the second half of the season. Should be fun.
And yes, the directing of the episode was rather confusing. Not the best.
