I love it when Sherm Sperm gets his tackle on!
Honestly, I think his reactions were a little bit understandable. He was in a major shooting at the police station the episode before where officers were injured and he was so scared that he actually wet his pants. Then he almost gets taken out with a baseball bat, and so when this girl started being beligerant, I think he just kind of lost it. It seemed more like a rage black out sort of thing to me. He wasn't thinking, his adrenaline was really picking up, and he just totally lost it.
