It's from episode 175 and its where they are talking about that d-bag that made a comment about Jenny and Emma holding hands... then Emma is all being silly jealous and makes a comment about wanting everyone to know about them and rants about guys staring at Jenny during volleyball games, etc. Jenny basically chuckles and says "All I want is to be with you!" which is the above quote.
