S5 was fantastic for Dean/Cas...they hit a rough patch here and there but it was because they held so much trust and admeration for each other.
I loved teh 'don't ever change moment'
FTBYAM is my favorite episode in s5, followed by The End and Dark Side of the Moon ....all three have fantastic DC moments.
