wow, after re-watching the Caleb and Hanna talk near the end I realized that she took him in

1x10 - Mona was mad at Hanna and even broke up with her.
1x11 - Mona was sweet, they got back together but Lucas was snapping at her.
1x12 - Lucas was being bitter and taking it out on her (Sean hasn't been quite friendly either), her mom was also upset with her.
1x13 - school guys were making fun of her
1x14 - drunk!Emily compared her to Alison, the Lucas/Hanna/Sean triangle was really painful and she ended up getting dumped.
1x15/1x16 - Aria was getting a little carried away.
So, yeah... financially and socially her life sucks.
