Oh, I'm not normally a Cary fan but I loved him in this episode. Maybe it's because I'm so tired of the formula where Alicia defends someone innocent and saves the day at the last second that I appreciated that the sides were so evenly matched. They both were manipulative and toyed with ethics. In fact, I was so desperate for something like this that I clapped when Cary steered Alexis's mother towards getting a separate lawyer.
