Well, she did show her loyalty to Damon when she found out what Elena was really planning. And the akward little moment her and Elena had when she came down the stairs....
But I didn't really expect her to stick around for a fight. She doesn't care all that much for Elena, only simi cuz Damon cares. But its new, this friendship/whatever thing. So you can't expect her to lay down her life just yet.
