We had a lecture about this sort of thing last year - how people who've no idea what they're doing are picking out the job applicants... Our prof told us a couple of things on how to outsmart them in applications and interviews and get the job. Assessment Centre stuff etc.
Maybe they'll have some tricks up their sleeves as well they can show you
