first in the first part of the season eli tells her he needs time and she's like "ok" then all of a sudden she's like "i hope your over your dead girlfriend cause i want you now" and then her complete disregard for her this week was sickening.

That's what bothered me the most too. Of course a lot of things about Clare bother me...
but that was truly the worst. It really goes to show how Clare's generous and caring nature is a facade. She's selfish. With her parents, she was being selfish too. I actually can't believe how much they're catering to her -- so now they'll be sharing two homes instead of one? Not to mention the cost of keeping the house. It's a terrible arrangement for them... but as long as Clare's happy!
