True, but mustafar and kamino make perfect sense.

Utapau was originally the name of Tatooine. It's somewhere in Southeast Asia; remember, the original Star Wars was about Vietnam IN SPACE! with Luke being from the Wild West (now set in Tunisia), all the bad guys being British (except Vader and Motti*), and the climax being in Mexico.

*A bit of Fridge Brilliance in casting an American to play Motti and making Han the most "American" character, since the United States was the first secular Western state and these two characters most vocally proclaim atheism.
