I lean towards DE, but I like SE too so I'm pretty neutral. It's one of my fav love triangles out there.
But I do love their friendships as well, and I enjoy scenes where all three are together.

No it doesn't happen often. Sometimes I like both sides, sometimes I'm very one sided. Depends on the fandom and the love triangle.
