Hmmmm...interesting question. If we're only comparing S4 Angel to S7 Buffy, then... I'm going to agree with Seremela about Faith being more accepted by the Fang Gang than by everyone on Buffy. On the other hand, I don't really see a contradiction there. I think if you look, you'll see that the Faith at the beginning of Dirty Girls is the same person as the Faith at the end of Orpheus. It's as Dirty Girls progresses that Faith begins to react to her new environment (as only Faith can), taking on the trappings of the "bad girl"...though it becomes clear that she's really just putting on the front Buffy's expecting to see.
But if I had to pick, I'd go with the Angel episodes, because (as has been pointed out) Faith was more front-and-center in those episodes, and therefore the writers were able to give her more attention and allow Eliza to give a more nuanced performance.
