Yeah it may seem like it didn't make sense but Annie blew Ethan off because she probably thought that when he blew her off first it was for Naomi (which she was there but he really
was with his brother) but earlier in that episode wasn't Silver talking about how Ethan and Naomi are in a bubble and never break up? Yeah she probably felt like him blowing her off proved Silver's point. And maybe she didn't want to come off as oblivious or something
But yeah Ethan and Naomi depended on each other in a pretty unhealthy way
