Teaming up to honor one of their good friends, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron were looking fabulous at the 2010 Inaugural St. Jude Children’s Hospital’s “Estrellas Por La Vida” Gala in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (April 6).
Held at Nokia Club LA Live, the “High School Musical” co-star couple posed for pictures and greeted fellow attendees backstage before taking the podium to dish out an award to HSM director Kenny Ortega.
Also on hand for the event were stars such as Daisy Fuentes, Keke Palmer, Anna Maria Perez and Zanessa’s HSM co-star Monique Coleman.
Of the swanky affair, Miss Coleman tweeted, “Kenny’s an amazing director & humanitarian. I’m thrilled to be able to participate in an event acknowledging his contribution to children! Just met up w/ Zac & Vanessa backstage after they presented an award to @kennyortegablog! Soooo good to see them at this incredible event.”
