There are more sides up. After reading them I'm wondering if whatever happens next week happens, then Alicia tells him she can't so they try to get some distance. He's avoiding her call, doesn't tell her he's taking a few days off, and maybe trying to move on with an ex, Sadie? Though I think (not sure) they break up part way through the ep, it seems to be implied because of his feelings for Alicia.
Here's the first part:
Scene 23- end of scene (rest is already posted)- Mother tells the authorities to leave.
24- a couple of minutes later, authorities gone- Alicia hands Anil her card, checks her watch, says she has to rush to work but if they come back to call her. Mother says thank you and Alicia leaves.
25- Alicia rushes into Will's office. Alicia asks if Will has a moment. Assistant says he's out today. Alicia asks if he's in court. Assistant says no, last minute volunteer work. He's out until Thursday. Alicia is surprised.
26- DuPaul College of Law- Will says so this is the favor. Sadie says this is the favor, very hot. Will is in a judge's robe. He says that's right, you have a thing for judges. Sadie says her first husband. Will checks himself out in the mirror, says you're right not half bad. Said grabs him from behind to kiss him.
27- DuPaul College of Law- these are two students- Damien says objection, calls for speculation because it calls for a guess, Giada says that is the definition of speculaton but she didn't do that. Will says Damien correctly defined it and that she did do it and sustains the objection. He's playing judge in the school mock trial and is surprised that he's enjoying himself. Giada says objection. Will says noted, when she goes to mock trial appeal court she can argue it there. Students laugh, Will smiles at Sadie. Giada says she wants to understand the sequence of events. He said he saw her client entering the cottage? Hunter says yes he was hunting in the forest when he heard a scream. Giada says he actually said screams. Hunter says yes. Giada says and you recognized the screams at the witch's? Hunter says that's right, she lives there. Will's phone vibrates, he checks it, sees it's Alicia, considers then turns it off. Giada asks how that works. How does Hunter recognize a scream? Hunter asks what she means. Giada aks if he had ever heard the witch's scream before. Hunter says she lives in the gingerbread house. Giada says so you just assumed it was the witch's scream coming from her oven. Hunter says he recognized her voice. Giada says so he has the power to distinguish between screams. What about this one and she screams. Damien objects. Will says sustained. Giada asks what's the objection. Damien is lost, Will says badgering the witness. Giada says he's arguing the prosecution's case. Will says excuse me. Sadie says okay let's leave it there. She's in the front row. Sadie says they'll pick it up tomorrow, mock or not she doesn't want the jury talking about the case, hey're graded on their abilities, everyone thank Will a partner at Lockhart/Gardner. Everyone claps.
28- Alicia, Cary, four other associates in the conference room- Cary asks if anyone else is bothered by the argument on page 18. Alicia asks if he means hers. Cary says he didn't know it was hers but he finds the citings a bit thin. Alicia rolls her eyes, says she's there to listen. So tell her how they could be less... She sees the receptionist escorting Anil and Frida to her office. Alicia says she'll be right back.
29- beginning of scene- Alicia starts towards her office when Kalinda comes up. Kalinda asks what's up. Alicia says nothing, neighbor kids who need help. Kalinda asks if she wants her to get rid of them. scene continues- I already posted that part
