I know. I think if Jace didn't fall for her, then he wouldn't want to sort her out and then save her from the demons. But saying that, if Jace and the others weren't in that club that night Clary and Simon, then she wouldn't witness the whole demon killing and I'm afraid might of died when she got back home.
I think there was a point of Clary not knowing about the Shadow World. By Magnus blinding her sight, then she would think she didn't see anything and just move on.
Do you think it was right for Luke to not care about Clary in the beginning of the book? Were you surprised that he was getting his pack to keep tabs on Clary?
