It's short for Relationshipper, which was the name given to people who wanted Mulder and Scully to be in a relationship. Those who didn't were called NoRoMos (No Romance) and those who weren't sure were called FenceSitters. There was also a division of shippers called FiniShippers who didn't want Mulder and Scully to get together until the end of the series.
