Been absent because I've stopped writing fanfiction. The last one I wrote was for a fandom that doesn't really have a presence here on the Fan Fiction board.

Same here. I just come for the Original Fiction thread and Fairy Tales thread. I've retired from fanfiction at least four years ago to focus on my own works.
It seems rather slow here lately though which I think is really bizzare because at the time this board resurrected, it was in a high lead during the Special Polls round (can't really remember for sure unless if Johnnie keeps a copy of the polls because Fan Fiction never had a campaign thread).
Hopefully this board pulls through. I'm slightly 50-50 on merging it with Fan Art because you guys brought up good points but at the same time, just have this mental image of Fan Fiction threads getting easily lost in the shuffle with Fan Art threads. Although this is why board guides were made.
