Yeah, I should reread. It's interesting, this notion that Dylan didn't want to grow up that year while Kelly did. I saw the initial struggle of his, but thought he overcame it quite well. Never thought he was 'brainwashed' by Suzanne, per say, just blind-sided by the idea of a literal, not just metaphorical, family. Kelly, and really no one, could compete with that on the girlfriend level.
