I don't want to leave you hanging with your question. Episodes Molly. Kate French/Renee will be around for multiple episodes. Which, also answers your question, too, Brit.
The groupie shows up at Jamie's Birthday party in Episode One and has a brief interaction with Nathan, takes a picture with him, asks if he remembers her. Clay also finds out she's going public in episode one, after being alerted by her that she is, and Clay tells Nathan at the end of the episode the woman is saying she slept with him and is going public.
Haley won't find out anything on this front until the end of episode two/start of episode three. After Clay has met with the girl twice, and after Nathan has had his moment of showing up at the diner for his very brief "words" with her while Clay is meeting with the girl before Clay can usher Nathan out.
And, then, things just start to move in episode three with us seeing Haley knowing, and beyond. It's going to be the arc... Like, it's not going anywhere just likethat. Nope. Girl has the ultrasound like was reported above, she has the picture they take at Jamie's party, and I think we'll find out she has at least another picture(s) of the two of them, when they were drinking at the party, all smiles, Nathan with his arm wrapped around her, etc. I don't know the extent of what she has, but she has a folder of stuff, apparently.
