Back from London!

These past few days were INSANE!

Three things:

1. Take That concert
2. Jude Law
3. Harry Potter premiere

Okay, the concert. Oh. My. God. Karen, you didn't exaggerate. I agree. It was the best show I've ever seen in my whole life. It was just....wow. I have no words. First off, we were in the first row at the main stage! I fainted before the concert even started, not because I was all fangirly but because I hadn't drunk enough. Anyway, by the time it started, I was fine. The opening was awesome! The clowns kept walking to us and shook their asses. My favorite parts:

Relight my fire: WHOA! What an intro!

I was totally blown away. The fire guns were NOT good for my sunburned arm, though.

A few more pics:

My friend has more pics, I'll post them tomorrow.

My favorite part was Do what You like, Promises and all that old stuff. I could NOT stop laughing. They did all the old dance moves! I love how they made fun of themselves by dressing up as clowns before they did it. And right before Gary sang The Circus, he did a singalong with the fans and he played Babe, Nobody Else and Love ain't here anymore! That gave me goosebumps. I also loved A million love songs, cause well.....it's A Million love songs! Nothing beats Mike Stevens and the saxophone. There are so so so many things I loved, I'll have to post more later. But the best part? This chick who was part of the crew told me that our concert is most likely gonna be the one on DVD! They filmed me and my friend a bunch of times and we like, made total fools of ourselves. I didn't even know I could manage such a squeaky voice! I wanted to cry when it was over. The guys were so emotional, too. You could tell they didn't want it to end and they all looked so happy. It was just amazing.

Second... I met JUDE LAW!

Here's what happened: my friend and I found out he's currently playing Hamlet at the West End Theatre at Leicester Square, so we decided to go. The play was amazing, as was Jude Law. Seriousy, the guy can act so good it's not even funny. I was blown away. And I read the play so that was a bonus. We got all dressed up and everything. It was a beautiful evening. Anyway, after the show we went to the back entrance, because we were told he'd come out after the show. And he did! He was exhausted but he signed stuff and took pics with everyone. He was so nice! And I got to touch the guy's back, which was niiiiiiiiiiice. I had to lean back, which is why I look like I have 3 chins, and I was super tired, but then again, who doesn't look like crap next to that?

The night before we were in our hotel room, watched TV before going to sleep and we learned that the premiere of Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince was the next day (the day of the play) at Leicester Square. So we were like ARRGH!!!! We sooooooo wanted to go! We discussed it for a while and decided to stop by the next day and check how many people would be there at 9 am. We went and it was already PACKED. It was also our last day in London and we decided we didn't want to spend it waiting for Harry, Hermione and Ron for 10 hours. We decided to stop by again before we went to the theatre. We got a glimpse of the trio and a few others. It was interesting but it was POURING rain. And there were all these 12 year old fangirls, so we felt kinda silly and left eventually.

So that was London in 2009.
