Who to pick, that was the question of the moment for Christian as he scanned through the potential targets on his phone. Even though Tiago sent them all the information they needed earlier tonight, Christian had his own agenda and preferred to do his own research. During the party before when everyone was still clueless to what was about to hit them instead of lurking in the shadows like the other men involved he blended in with the crowd and scoped out his prey. Killing Sebastian Valmont was a treat. Christian wasn't aware he would be here and to have the sheer luck of running into him was like icing on the cake..Only he hadn't taken care of the reason he came here tonight. No, money wasn't the only reason he took this job. If it was all about the money he would have taken another job from someone he actually respects unlike the Valmont and Ruiz families whom he has no respect for. It's not hard to find a job with a reputation like his, most of the time they come to him and in this case it had been no different.

When he got the call from Tiago he said yes to the job solely because of where it was located.Port Charles New York, home of The Alcazar and Corinthos crime organizations and therefore home to Cameran Smith, a hit man who Christian has wanted to kill for years. Why has he never tried before? Because he's never had an opportunity so perfect as tonight’s was.Years back when his old boss Dominic was overturned and murdered by his own organization, save for his trusted right hand man, there was one man that made that all possible..If it hadn't been for him they never would have been able to take over the organization the way they did.Thanks to Christian they were all dead now except for the one man who had made it all happen..That man was Smith, and tonight he was going to pay the way the rest of them did. Worse actually. He needs to suffer.So instead of just killing him he'll take his woman first.He spotted her talking with him at the beginning of the night and snapped a picture.Kristina Corinthos was her name and she's well connected so in a way he'll be hitting two birds with one stone.

At the sound of voices coming his way, Christian hid behind the wall and watched as they walked by. He almost laughed upon realizing who it was but managed to hold it. The man he didn't recognize but having met Cameran once before, he knew it wasn't him. It was the woman walking behind him that caught his eye because she wasn't just any woman but the same woman staring back at him on his cell phone. What were the odds? Without wasting anytime at exactly the right time, Christian wrapped his arm around her waist and covered her mouth with his hand, pulling her away with the man she was with none the wiser. He took her into a room and locked the door behind him. Before she had much of a chance to fight back he grabbed her by her tousled mess of brown hair and banged her head against the wall, causing the now unconscious beauty to fall back into his arms. He rubbed his thumb gently over the scrape on her forehead and pushed a piece of her hair out of the way. He hadn't necessarily wanted to knock her out right away but he needed her quiet until that guy she was with was out of area and something told him she was a screamer. After resting her body in an empty corner of the room he cautiously stepped back out into the hallway to the retrieve the black bag he left leaning against the wall. Once he had his little bag of tricks he walked back into the room, locking the door behind him. He took a seat down beside her and reached into his bag for a candle to give him some light.

Now it was time to get down to business. First he used a piece of rope to tightly tie her hands together, behind her back. Then he used gaffer tape to keep her quiet. He tightly placed the three inch tape stripe from ear to ear, over her mouth and partially under her jaw. Lastly he used bit of toxic ammonia under her nose to wake her up. “Wakey wakey princess.” Christian taunted as he reached for the knife off his lap, tossing what he used to wake her to the side. He eyed her skeptically while resting his free hand down on her leg. “Now if I relieve you of the tape are you going to be good little hostage and not scream?” He asked, slithering up closer to her as he nodded. When she nodded “yes” in response he removed his hand from her leg to take off the tape. “This might sting a little.” He whispered before taking the piece of tape off her mouth in one quick motion. Bringing his knife forth, he smiled slightly as he began to run the tip of the knife down her arm, making circles all over it without actually breaking her skin or drawing blood. He wasn’t pressing the knife hard enough to hurt her…Not yet anyways. “Where’s you boy?” Christian taunted, switching to her other arm. “Come on Kristina. Tell me where your boy is and I won’t hurt you.” 'Much' He finished in his head. She was going to get hurt there was no getting around that the only question was to what severity. That all depends on her and if she chooses to cooperate.Tag Molly

"Good point." Lainey replied with a slight laugh. It couldn't be any easier being a Corinthos than it was an Alcazar. Sometimes she forgets just how similar she and Gavin are. They come from the same world and he understands her in a way that most people don't. "Thanks for the reminder..It's kind of comforting to know I'm not the only one who comes from an extremely effed up family." She told Gavin with small smile, laughing with him. It was a nice moment that almost allowed her to forget about the voice and the touch of the man who attacked her. However it was short lived as they rounded a corner and were almost knocked over by someone clearly in a hurry. Gavin said the mans name and right away she realized it was his brother Michael..Aka, her brothers number one enemy. Not taken time to dwell on it too much given the situation they were in, Lainey pursed her lips together slightly while the two brothers talked. She didn't really want to interrupt but it was vital that they find a doctor and get back to Meredith. Gently taken Gavin's arm she was about to say his name to remind him but was halted by the icy cold stare Michael was giving her. 'What are you doing with her?' He asked Gavin with obvious disapproval. "Excuse me?" Lainey replied, both a little shocked and angered by his attitude towards her. With a roll of her eyes, she let out a small angry laugh. Just because she's an Alcazar he thinks he can treat her that way. What a judgmental prick. "None of your damn business." She sniped back, not about ready to fall down at all mighty Michael's Corinthos feet. Over her dead body.

'Molly’s in trouble and everyone else we care about, and you’re with…her. Gavin, lets go. She can find her own way out.' He sneered and after the disapproving look he gave his brother just for being with her she really wasn't surprised. "Screw you." She said to Michael before turning to Gavin. Before he could say much of anything she put her hands up to stop him. "It's fine Gavin really.." After what just happened to her the last thing she wanted was to wander the mansion looking for help by herself. In fact selfishly she wanted nothing more than to tell Gavin to stay with her but she wasn't about ready to give Michael the satisfaction of seeing her vulnerable and scared because a damsel in distress is just something she's not. She knows how to take care of herself just fine, she’s been doing it practically her entire life. "You've already risked your life to save me once tonight I'm not going to ask you to do the same for my sister." That's her job now. After all it was her fault Meredith was even here to begin with. She begged her sister to come with and now she was stranded on an island instead of in a hospital where she should be.

"Go with him I'll be okay.." She assured him, managing to give him the smallest of smiles before looking back to his brother. “Your wrong about Chase. I know you think he’s behind this just like you think he’s to blame for everything else that goes wrong in your life but he’s not, he didn’t do this.” Insult her father and she’d probably start insulting him with you. But it’s an entirely different story when it comes her brothers and sister. She’ll always defend them, they’re her family. “He’d never risk his family’s lives like that. Find somebody else to blame this time.” Chase may be a lot of things but he’s not stupid and contrary to popular belief, he’s not heartless either. There’s no way he would have planned something like this with Constance, Meredith, Jamie and herself there. Not only that, but if Chase was involved she never would have been a target but she was. And that guy wasn‘t fooling around either. He would have for sure raped her and probably killed her too if Gavin hadn‘t shown up when he did. “Be safe Gav.” Lainey told Gavin before turning to walk away from them both.
